1) Can the government please confirm if attendance at the site visit on 15 Sep 22022 @ 10:00am is a requirement for a vendor’s bid to be considered? (2)Can the government please verify that any partial bids will be not accepted? (3)Does the Custom Modular Rig - COA Alpha need to utilize 3” x 3” 7-Guage Steel, be hot dip galvanized, and include a limited lifetime warranty to be deemed technically acceptable? (4) Does the Bay Unit - 8 Shelves need to utilize 3” x 3” 7-Guage Steel, be hot dip galvanized, and include a limited lifetime warranty to be deemed technically acceptable? (5) Does the Modular Strength Storage Unit need to utilize 3” x 3” 7-Guage Steel, be hot dip galvanized, and include a limited lifetime warranty to be deemed technically acceptable? (6) Do all attachments (I.E. Dip Bars, landmines/Grapppler, Wallball targets) need to be compatible with BeaverFit 3”x3” 7-Guage, hot dip galvanized Steel rigging? (7) Do all 20KG and 15KG Olympic Barbells need to be made from high-quality American steel, include Full Cerakote Finish. A full Cerakote finish helps protect the bar from corrosion, abrasions, and rusting. Bar will also include dual knurl marks, have lifetime warranty, be 1 1/8 in” diameter, 86 5/8 in in length, tensile strength of 190,000 PSI. Sleeve plating will be Zinc w with Cerakote finish. (8) To be deemed technically acceptable does the ACFT HEX Bar must be provided by an official supplier of ACFT gear as designated by TACOM via ACFT Equipment Contract #W56HZV-19-D-0070. To include a 17” extended/loadable sleeve allowing for additional weight to be loaded and be designed with a bent hexagonal frame from 1.5” Square Steel Tubing(1.5” x 1.5” 7 Gauge Steel Tube), Knurled, Parallel Handles that is 1.34” Diameter and spaced 25” on center. (9) To be deemed technically acceptable, do all bumper plates being requested need to be provided by an official supplier of ACFT gear as designated by TACOM via ACFT Equipment Contract #W56HZV-19-D-0070, be tested to exceed 20,000 drops from 6’, be made from durable, recycled vulcanized crumb rubber, with a solid stainless-steel insert, designed to evenly distribute the force of the load when dropped to maximize lifetime usage of the plate? (10) To be deemed technically acceptable, must all 40lb and 80lb sandbags be made in the USA, include 2 sets of flexible, soft-grip handles allowing for neutral grips, suitcase grips and end of cap grips, and the small bag must come with two loadable 20lb bags and the large bag must come with two loadable 40lb bags? (11) To be deemed technically acceptable do all kettlebells need a base that is slightly wider than a standard kettlebell to provide increased stability when using the bell for ground-based mobility training, a wider handle to support a more comfortable grip for both single and dual handed movements, be manufactured in the USA and be One-Piece Iron Ore Cast and powder coated, creating a seamless even finish with a slip-free weatherproof texture? (12) To be deemed technically acceptable, do all Med Balls needs to utilize a 3/8” Thick PVC HD Matte Shell, which is more durable and longer lasting than traditional leather and Kevlar shells, and include raised dimple texture and Rib Rings for the ultimate grip and soft feel regardless of atmospheric conditions?

All attachments must be compatible with the type/brand of rigging that is also proposed. 7. There are no additional requirements other than it must be a 20KG and 15KG Olympic Barbells made from steel. 8. The hex bar must meet the specifications required for use with the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). 9. Bumper plates must at a minimum be high density rubber weights —with a steel inner core — that fit on standard 2-inch (5-cm) barbells. 10. Sandbags must weigh 40lb and 80lb respectively. There is no additional requirement. 11. The government is requesting items that meet or exceed the specifications of a standard kettlebell. 12. Medballs must meet or exceed the specifications for Grey Man Gear Medicine Balls.
