1. I cannot deliver the meals to Bickmore, can they be picked up at the Summersville Arena & Conference Center? 2. Can two invoices be generated for the two different locations?
Response Received:
1. The SOW specifies that they need to be deliver. Picking them up is not an option. 2. There will be two CLINs in the contract, one for each of the locations. Quotes should be structure to conform to the two CLINs.

Do you want the caterer to stay and serve these meals or just drop the buffet pans off at the guard shack/entrance?
Response Received:
Meals can be dropped off with all supplies needed to serve and eat. There is no requirement for catering personnel to stay to serve.
