The scope of work indicates the requirement for an EPG. It further states a requirement "The TV service provider must include a High Definition (HD) television programming signal to a digital Community Antenna Television (CATV) headend in Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) 2, or MPEG4..." The DirecTV system that includes an EPG is a Com3000, which will only provide signal in MPEG4. Will the televisions at the site all tune MPEG4 signal?

The scope of work indicates minimum channel requirements of "Programming signal must include the following minimum channels: • Bloomberg TV, CNBC, CNN, CSPAN-1, CSPAN-2, FNC, FBN, MSNBC, and CNBC World, and ESPN" It further states there are currently 40 receivers in place. What other programming above the minimum is the government interested in viewing at this location?
