Due to the unspecified Period of Performance, we would need to know if there's a penalty if the equipment is not available upon request, or if FEMA would contact the next lowest bidder. Thank you,

We need all equipment to be available upon awarding the contract delivery.

The quote appears to request 24 propane tank refills over the course of 6 months. That could be a lot of back an forth. As an option, would FEMA consider the delivery of a large bulk propane tank that is simple to use and could be on site for the duration of the rental?

We are estimating four (4) propane tanks per month with a delivery as needed.
