Due to the amount of doubles needed can this be divided up between two hotels. How many miles from Fort Hood, TX does that hotel need to be.

Yes, the Government will accept the rooms to be split between two hotels. The Purchase Description technical criteria states: Within 10-mile radius (according to Google Maps driving directions) of 91027 New Service Rd., Fort Cavazos (Fort Hood), TX, 76544.

Please review the Purchase Description in the Solicitation, which states: Within 10-mile radius (according to Google Maps driving directions) of 91027 New Service Rd., Fort Cavazos (Fort Hood), TX, 76544. 2. Yes, the Hotel must be fire-safe approved as verified at https://apps.usfa.fema.gov/hotel/. Government preference is for a three (3) star or better rated hotel however this is not technical criteria to quote, it is the vendors decision to select a hotel that is desirable.
