Response 1: The delivery date is the delivery date. The government will not pay extra to have it delivered by the required date or preferred date. Response 2: The assigned deliverer will need to request access to come onto the military installation at the visitor center and then go through Clarke Gate for vehicle inspection/scanning process. Response 3: The solicitation is intended to be awarded in FY 2023. Response 4: We will schedule the start-up service with the awardee once the chiller has been installed. No other pre-installation or related service is required at the time of the delivery. Response 5: The government is exempt from sales tax, and not necessarily you as the vendor. That does not mean that the supplier will not charge you as the vendor sales tax.
