The buy states the following for Seller Attachments: Sellers have the OPTION to include non-pricing information as document(s) attached to their Bid, so they are received no later than the closing date and time of this Buy. Pricing in attachments is not permitted. However, the Solicitation states: The solicitation will consist of two volumes: Phase 2: Volume II, Factor II - Price Factor II – Price The Price Quote shall include the completed solicitation documents. The price Quote shall include all elements of price and such other price information considered appropriate to support the vendor’s Quote. The pricing information shall be completed in accordance with the following: Per Unison, pricing is never allowed in the attachments. (This is because it is a reverse auction, and the actual price depends on a comparison with other qualified bidders. We enter an upper and lower range, not a specific price, and Unison derives our price from this input.) Since pricing is not allowed in the attachments, please confirm that Volume II is not a required attachment.
Response Received:
The Pricing Volume shall not be submitted as a separate attachment. The pricing information that is submitted through the Unison Marketplace constitutes the Pricing volume.

Question Submitted:
The contract shows a delivery date of June 18th, but presently these specific video products have an eight week lead time. We know this due to projects we are working on that have these exact Cisco products. Can you extend the delivery time, and by extension the required installation date due to Cisco's lead time?
Response Received:
The required delivery date has been specified by the end user. There will be no adjustment to the date stated in the solicitation, however, all interested quoters should state the soonest possible delivery date in which they could provide all items. Additionally, this solicitation is for the items listed only and does not include any installation.
