he menus are too much food, 1. Because of the inflation we are having now, it is going to be too costly. 2. If this is for reg training, we can accommodate , everything, but if this id for Emergency catering services there is no way a caterer can bring the amount of food and drink on the bid. 3. I have been catering to the Nat Guard and St. Tammany y Parish Gov. And the st. tammany sheriff office for fo0r 16 years. 4. The bid should have a way of differ prices for the different area of the state. 5 The bid need to be broken up in numbers exp. the price for 50 people would be differs than for 300 to 500. 6.The Hurricane Ida we just went through was 100 times worst then Kartina because the Parish has no gas for weeks, Sysco the Lg food supplier didn’t have enough for us to buy also they couldn’t del because they didn’t have staff. Our supplies were coming out of Dallas 12 hours away. 7. I am going to try to do a spread sheet and divide the areas ou with prices.

The BPA is for Individual Training (IDT) and Annual Training (A.T.) for the units. You prices can be different based on the location and you only bid for the locations you can delivered the boxed meals. The unit will select a menu from the 21 day menu and specified what food from that day menu they want.

Can you please explain the menu requirement. For example if you look at menu day 1 on the 21 day menu. In the individually boxed meals do you want 1 of every item on that menu for breakfast? So they would get 1 of everyone of those drinks, and all food items listed? Like they want 1 apple, 1 orange and 1 banana for each box along with 1 vegetable juice cocktail, a coffee, 1 orange juice, 1 white milk, 1 chocolate milk, french toast maple syrup, a cup of cereal, scrambled eggs, grilled ham slice, 1 oatmeal packet, hominty grits and margarine for each box?

You can provide one of the fruit and drinks listed. You can choose between french toast or scramble eggs along with ham. Oatmeal or grits.

Do we have to deliver these meals on the same day or will we be given the dates to service these locations?

You will be provided the dates to service these locations. Most of the units drill dates will be around the first two weeks of each month.

Please provide a estimate of each meal type (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) per region? Also, is there a guaranteed minimum, or can there be one set per region that would warrant a delivery?

Minimum is 35 for each meal type for each region.

The information is a bit confusing. Can you please confirm if you just want these boxed meals dropped off and then the caterer can leave? Or; does the caterer need to stay and serve and clean up?
