Can we schedule site visit ?

Question Submitted:

Can a contractor/sub come out to see the site and also the color of the stucco since it has to match? Or can a color match be done after assuming the contract is won? Has previous work been done on the stucco project? If so, can you provide the previous incumbent/award#/vendor?
