The qty is 12 and unit is MO. However, the SOW said will pickup/deliver 3-8 bins each weighing 50 pounds. Can you confirm which qty it will be an is it a month?

12 is months, you will be invoicing monthly. The number of bins is 3-8 bins being transported for each segment of the route, each weighing approximately 50 lbs.

The last two PM pickups at the EOIR and ICE offices are listed as “delivery/pickup”. Does that mean we may end up with bins at the end of the day, and if so, would we need to store them somewhere, and who would receive them in the morning? Or is it that when we do the 3pm delivery to the Chief Counsel, they may also have us pick up a couple more bins to take to these locations?

The last stop should always be delivery only.
