Delivery is to the front door and not a inside delivery. Do you have someone with a fork lift to take the blinds inside the building?

Hi, Can you please submit the following questions? 1.) The SOW describes two different window treatment products – 2” faux wood blinds and solar shades. We need clarity on which window treatment product you are looking for. 2.) The title of the SOW indicates “ARMY FAMILY HOUSING WINDOW SHADES” 3.) The title above the measurements indicate “The following is a list of shades requested with dimensions shown…” 4.) The description indicates “provide white, cordless, room darkening, 2-inch horizontal slats, faux wood blinds, P.V.C. material” which describes a faux wood blind product, except for the “room darkening” descriptor. Faux wood blinds are not room darkening rated. Solar shades are. 5.) Details also list “Darkening – Minimum of 95%”, Solar Shades come in different light blocking options, and can block 95% of light. Faux wood blinds are not rated for light blockage. 6.) Bacteria & Fungi Resistant properties & the ASTM codes listed apply to Solar Shade materials. Faux wood blinds are never tested to these standards by anyone in the industry, as the testing mechanism doesn’t apply to blinds. 7.) Please see pdf of 2” Faux Wood Blind vs picture of Solar Shade, and verify which product you are looking for. 8.) If you are looking for Solar Shades please answer the ad’l following questions: a. Do you require fascia? b. Do you still want color white? c. Do you still require cordless operation or do you want standard continuous chain loop operation (with chain hold down)?

Do these blinds have to be manufactured in the USA ? Are these window sizes or finished measurements? If the blinds are to be installed inside the window frame 1/2 inch has to be deducted from the window size.
