I am finding that most vendor's bill annually for the inspection services and not monthly. Based on the breakdown in Unison, it is asking for monthly pricing. Will you consider changing from monthly to annually?

Yes. We can bill monthly, quarterly, bi annually, and annually.

I would like to confirm, that the quote being presented via Unison will be for inspection initially? If after the inspection it is determined maintenance/repairs need to be completed, a separate quote will be submitted. Is that correct?

Could you please confirm if the fire extinguisher inspections are to be performed once annually as outlined in the PWS, and clarify why the Unison bidding form lists the quantity as 12? Additionally, how should bids be entered to accurately reflect the required scope of work?

The Scope of Work provides all inspection requirements. The quantity 12 could possibly be a monthly unit of measure. In order to answer your question about bids "accurately reflecting the required scope of work" - I will need to know exactly what you're asking for. As long as proposals/bids are in line with the requirements laid out in the SOW, then they should be acceptable.
