IAW the Statement of Work: "Commercial and Industry standards shall be followed and utilized in the manufacture/delivery of this equipment. Contractor shall comply with all required Federal, State and Local Laws, licenses, and regulations. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be in compliance and current with all applicable laws and licensing requirements." It is the responsibility of the contractor to understand the regulations for construction of this type.
