On the scope, it states that you may require 4X4 vehicles and a guard shack, how likely are those requirements?
Response Received:
if there is a need for items listed in the SOW such as 4x4s or a guard shack, there will be a RFQ and a modification to the contract to allow for those items. Price out for Labor Hours only.

Please provide more time to submit bid. Are there any licensing requirements with the State of South Carolina notwithstanding if a company is fully licensed in North Carolina and is currently registered in Sam.gov.
Response Received:
There will be no extension. Company must be licensed in the state of SC to provide security services and each officer must have a license to carry a firearm in the state of SC.
