I understand the roles of a Teaming Agreement. I am unsure how to fulfill it for this type of Bid when there's no subcontractor partnership. Can you please clarify the teaming agreement requirement?

Response Received:

Third parties submitting a quotation shall include a fully executed teaming agreement for the proposed property/properties. The agreement shall include the dates, number of rooms, and room type (single or double occupancy). The agreement shall demonstrate the existence of a relationship between firms and their agreement to provide the services required under this acquisition. The agreement shall include both the signature of the third party and the signature of the authorized representative of the property.

1. Can you please clarify the hotel must be AAA rated or must have a three (3) star or better rating on subjective media platforms such as Google, Trip Advisor, corporate website, etc. or must it have both? 2. Will I be expected to reserve the space or just provide the quote? 3. If I am expected to reserve the space, can you please provide if this bid allows advancement payment considering the hotel requires a deposit?

Response Received:

1. Hotel must have any of the AAA Diamond ratings or equivalent, please see https://www.aaa.com/diamonds/$ 2. A teaming agreement is required with the hotel; once this action is awarded, the awardee will be required to make reservations. 3. No advancement payments are authorized.

I would like to inquire about any past performance for this Bid and if there was an awardee. Can you please share the contract award number or the seller's cage code.
