Is it possible to setup the food onsite away from the servicing area for our employees to individually package for the soldiers?

Response Received:

Yes, there is available space to individually package the food, the food cannot be served, it must be pre-packaged prior to the meal start times.

Does the RFQ and associated clauses permit subcontracting of the preparation and packing of meals to a qualified catering service (small business), considering our focus on delivery and adherence to the specified requirements? 2. Are there any specific considerations or requirements we should be aware of when subcontracting this particular service under the terms of the RFQ? 3. Is there any additional information or documentation required from our end to support our subcontracting plan during the proposal submission?

Response Received:

1. Subcontracting is permitted. FAR clauses 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, and 52.219-33 Nonmanufacturer Rule do not apply to this solicitation. 2. Vendor must meet all requirements of the solicitation and terms and conditions. 3. Vendors shall submit supporting documentation in accordance with Supplemental Information, paragraph 9.c. of the solicitation.

No, the requirement is for individually packaged.
