1. Apologies – CLINS 0001, 1001 & 2001 should all have 35,856 estimated hours. 2. This is a labor-hour contract with estimated hours associated with the identified facilities as needed. The hours of operation are 0630 – 1830 & 1830 – 0630, i.e., 12-hour shifts within a 24-hour duty day. Normally, the security cadre will coordinate anticipated bi-weekly security support schedules. We use Task Orders (TO). The Task Orders are provided to the security vender with a 24-hour notice of any new, updated or changed hours of operation requirements. Each Task Order is valid until superseded by a new TO. Generally, we ask for a bi-weekly schedule/invoice as well.
