There is a Brand Name Justification attached because 5 of the CLINs are Brand Name Only. Those CLINs are marked and have the PT part numbers. The rest of the solicitation is meets or exceeds.

The items list are are not manufactured by Fire hose direct but by other manufactures, Fire hose is just a reseller. So solicitation is calling for Brand Name is it brand name to Fire hose direct and their part numbers or can we bid the exact items from the original manufacture and use the correct part numbers?

There are five CLINs that are Brand Name Only. The Brand Name Only CLINs are marked and they are PT part numbers.
