Question Submitted:
Please clarify the type of hardware described by items 104, 108, 109. What are those items purpose. What type of plastic and what thickness is needed for item 107?
Response Received:
Type of plastic is immaterial. Thickness of the plastic should not exceed 1/16th of an inch. Item 104 is a 22 gauge steel wire cloth, items 108 and 109 are wooden spacers that sit underneath the wire cloth. Items 104, 108 and 109 fill the empty space between the roof of the tool box and the top of the PVC storage tubes. The main requirement is those wooden pieces and wire cloth are adequately secured so that there is no space between the wire cloth and the top of the PVC tubes when the lid is closed.
Question Submitted:
Can you explain how Items 104, 108 & 109 are sealed into the lid? Need clarification on where Item 107 (not shown) is installed. The tool box shown no longer has screws for the handles they are installed by rivets. With that, the note on page 4 of 5, we cannot add lock washers. Is that acceptable? This tool box also now comes with a removable tray. Do you want this tray?
