Do you know if the delivery location has a loading dock?

Please advise if able to change the delivery requirement from "60 days required" to "60 days preferred". As the requirement is currently written, Unison sellers are unable to submit quotes for your review when listing a delivery date over the required 60 days. By allowing bids with more than 60 days lead time to be submitted it would increase competition. The contracting officer could still award based on better delivery if the delivery requirement is strict.
