1.On the hotel fee you can reflect the lump sum amount that would be for the entire 144 rooms regardless on the occupancy at any given time. 2.First contract line item will reflect the the price of each room per night multiplied by 144. and the second will reflect the solely the hotel fee as a lump sum total based on the 144 rooms. We do not have a Final list of personnel to determine a minimum number of rooms required per night, but we usually use an average number of 60 rooms for the RSD Date 14-15 May and for the rest of the dates it is very variable depends on Units needs and requests. We usually notify Hotel 2-5 days before RSD date of the Final list of personnel and for the rest of the dates it is 2 days before but sometimes it is a last minute request.
