We can do the site visit on Wednesday 12/7/2022 @ 8:30 am. Also, is the Solicitation due date going to be extended?

An extension will not be granted since we allowed 11 days to request the site visit.

We are requesting an extension to the offer due date, since the site visit in on 12/5/2022. Which is the same day the offer is due.

Do you have a confirmed site visit on the 5th? The site visit should take place on the 1st or 2nd. That allowed for 11 days to request a site visit from the posting date.

Are these manufacturing, offices, food preparation or food service facilities? Are there existing exterior and interior bait stations at all the facilities? Or do we need to install them? Are all of these facilities basically the same size and same set up?
Response Received:
This is mostly offices, some engineering facilities/boat bays, and we do have a Galley and dining facility. There are currently existing traps exterior that belong to the current servicing contractor. I have not seen interior bait boxes. Facilities are not the same set-up. Site visit is HIGHLY recommended to put eyes on the facilities.

How many buildings are included in the 64,200 square feet? Is the buyer looking for once a year treatment or a quarterly treatment throughout the year? What are the most common rodents and pests that need to be targeted other than cockroaches?
Response Received:
There are 16 building all located on 120 Woodward Ave. The current contract is providing monthly service and that is what we need it to stay at. Since we are on the water's edge, we have concern for rodents, and crawling bugs. ***A site visit is recommended to clarify these details.
