I had a few additional questions that I was hoping you could provide feedback on. "A compact software defined radio frequency transceiver to support the gathering, processing, and transmitting a variety of analog and digital wireless signal standards with ample capacity for processing complex 4G protocols. Must supports 4G data formats, multimode phones, advanced interrogator techniques, TFNG compliant and HF, RF, and MW frequency coverage from 2 MHz to 8.5 GHz. " Are you looking to have a solution that includes the demodulation and modulation associated with 4G or is it meant to infer that the radio must be able to tune between 2 MHz and 8.5 GHz? "Must include reactive signal generator, CTP timing capable, cellular denial of service, general purpose transmit and spoofing." These requirements will be restrictive in nature and we would need to know the end customer before discussing any of these capabilities. Can you please confirm who the end user will be? "It must provide data offload with a relay server software. It must conduct beamforming with the ability to receive multiple co-channel and time overlapped signals. It must provide the flexibility to users to adapt the equipment on-demand and maintain isolation of resources to ensure static components of the mission persist without disruption. It must provide a graphic user interface for ease of use and ability to program various mission sets. " Can you please provide more details on this aspect as it is an unclear specification. "It must support the following: 2x HF channels, 2x Transmit channels, 4x Receive channels, RF frequency ranges 2 MHz to 8.5 GHz, total transmit bandwidth of 160 MHz, receive bandwidth of 40,80,200 MHz. A 10 GigE interface, 4x 1GigE interfaces, 4x USB interfaces, 2x TRAM interfaces, DF interface, analog timing signals ports for GPS, 1PPS, and programmable 10 MHz sine wave in/output. It must support have a removable media storage with zeroize/encryption. Must be compatible with direction finding antennas and power amplifiers. The equipment must include a rugged laptop for user interface with power adapter, Win10, minimum of 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, w/m SATA and minimum of Intel i5 processor. The equipment should operate on a temperature range of -10 to +50 degrees Celsius and have a rugged carrying case." Thanks

**Acknowledged the restrictive nature of the requirements. This equipment will be utilized at the National Training Center operated by Electromagnetic Warfare Technicians and Specialists to provide situational awareness of the impact of cellular and RF communications within military operations.**

Can you please provide more details on this aspect as it is an unclear specification?
**Regarding to the information referenced above your question, it means that the software employed within the equipment is fast processing the data received and transmitted. Also, it has to allow the users to quickly adjust the missions based on the received data to enable them for quick reaction with minimal lag due to processing. Lastly, the graphic user interface must be ease to use and to transition throughout the various functions.**

It must also provides a ruggedized laptop to interact/program and re-program with the equipment with the following minimum requirements: power adapter, Win10, minimum of 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, w/m SATA and minimum of Intel i5 processor.
