1. Under seller description, am I required to place menus in this field and if so, am I able to substitute on any meals that's placed?

What is the delivery/drop-off address? - There will be two delivery/drop-off addresses: For the first two days breakfast will be at the USARC in East Point. And only dinner at this location for the 1st day: 2323 Dauphine Street East Point, GA 30344 Dinner will start at this address for the second day. Every other consecutive days for both breakfast and dinner will be at this location: 4301 Moreland Ave Forest Park, GA 30297 What is the delivery/delivery time for breakfast and dinner? -The delivery point for the first and second day of breakfast/dinner will be the USARC in East Point. All other consecutive days will be at Fort Gillem at the Old Air Field. We will direct the vendor as soon as one is identified. The time frame for breakfast will be 0700 HRS and the time frame for dinner will be 1730 HRS.

Can a food truck be used to fulfill this request if so are there any specific documentation needed for the location? -A food truck would be the most convenient because of the location of where we will be conducting AT. The only documentation needed would be a Gate pass which is provided at the Visitor Center at Fort Gillem. 2. Are there any special license needed or insurance requirements? -The only licenses needed would be the driver's license, business license, and insurance for any type of vehicle entering the installation. 3. Is there a menu required for this bid? -The menu requirements would be that they provide no pork products as we have Soldiers that do not eat pork due to religious reasons. And that they cater to our Soldiers that have a specific dietary need (i.e. Vegetarians). A mixture of at least a lean protein meat, vegetables, and any sides would be ideal. 4: If a food truck is appropriate for this contract, would it be ok to be stationary for the 12 days required in the contract? -Unfortunately, the food truck cannot be stationary for the 12 days of AT.
