The request for 5165A - this is not software, but it is another piece of hardware (a charge amplifier). The calibrate software is separate. Did you want the 5165A charge amplifier or the calibrate software?
Response Received:
The equipment required is used to calibrate the 5165A signal conditioners and it has the software required for the calibration procedure. We don't require the amplifiers (5165A); we need the equipment to calibrate them and the quote should specify the part number.
