Can the customer confirm the part number for the global Sim? Or can the customer confirm the amount of data required for the pre-paid global Sim??

1. Can the customer confirm the part number for the global Sim? a. The SIM Card must be a global cellular pre-paid sim and include a Data plan. SIM Card number we have 4K-GG-PS058-ATG and include the following: Usage based plan - monthly usage deducted from the pre-paid amount. Usage determined by amount of data used and country of origin (see attached rate table) reported monthly to customer. No monthly committed data allowance or overage charges. 2. can the customer confirm the amount of data required for the pre-paid global Sim a. SIM card will initial activation will be 1,000.00. an amount of data will be manage depending on the cost per GB /per country. b. Must include a list of countries and the fee per/GB /Country See example attached list from 4K solutions.

I want to know since the title calls out for our integrated MBK but the line item calls out a fully integrated which MBK you would like for us to bid. Next under the sim card line item there is a statement of initial training on the kit at the customers location. Do you also need a bid for training down in PR. Please let me know and 4K Solutions will bid accordingly. Thank you

a. 4k-MBK-C19EA must include Broadband router includes 1 year of NetCloud Essentials and Support a. We always want to have a initial training from the source. The company can do this over the phone, but we need the seller to be able to provide technical support in case is needed to the customer (US).
