Question Submitted: Do I need a certain label to ship the sample and product if I win the bid? Also can this be paid half up front if I sent samples and they meet all criteria? Response Received: We need a label from the vendor to ship our samples out, and the vendor does not need a special label to ship the product. We accept partials and will accept in WAWF when they arrive.

Question Submitted: There are many types of patches in each line item. Is there a breakdown of quantities within each line item? Response Received: For the company patches with design, there will be 40 for each of the 37 designs. As for the platoon patches, 55 patches for each platoon. As for the OCP Blank Rank and Class patches, there are no different patches for those two.
