Can MICC-Ft. Knox indicate the number of users requiring access to the online investigative subscription contemplated under this solicitation?

To ensure that offerors have a clear understanding of the scope of MICC-Ft. Knox's investigative research needs, can MICC-Ft. Knox please provide the following information: a) Who is the current provider of online investigative research services to MICC-Ft. Knox? b) What is the contract/task order/purchase order/delivery number of MICC-Ft. Knox’s existing contract? c) When does the current contract expire? d) What is the total annual value of the current contract? e) Does the current content set match what is requested in the solicitation? If there are differences, what are they?

Unfortunately, we are unable to respond until we have received answers to our questions with regards to the number of users and batch quantities. Knox anticipate running batch searches (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly,)? b) What is the estimated volume of batch records/inputs per month? c) What data types will be used for batch input (e.g., name, SSN, address)? d) What data types does the MICC-Ft. Knox want to obtain in the results? e) How will the batch results be used? If the Marine Corps is unable to provide an answer to our questions by noon ET today (9/15/22), we respectfully request an extension to the response deadline to 48 hours after receipt of the information to provide adequate time to respond.
