Question Submitted: Can you please request this Buy be extended to COB Thursday, April 6th? The vendor is stating they need additional time to complete the required C-SCRM Form. Response Received: This will be extended, however due to Easter, this will be extended until COB Friday so the Government can evaluate 1st thing Monday morning instead of waiting on the 11am time Unison allows as 1st thing.

Question Submitted: Can you open option of set-aside for open market competition? Response Received: No, the policy is to avoid open market and exhaust GSA & SEWP options first. Based on that, it would be better to allow large business bids on SEWP or GSA before going on the open market.
