Will funds be provided before the actual event to buy food ingredients and supplies? I’m looking for a subcontractor to provide services but if there’s none available, I’m prepared to travel to the event’s location with my certified team to provide services. If so, would that be an issue if I don’t have the local food certifications?

actually the menu has a variety of number of meals some days are 45, some are 25, some are 60... but it states 30 in the first paragraph of the statement of work.

On the menu it states you need 45 meals per meal, but on the 1st page of the statement of work it states you need 30 meals per meal. Can you please confirm the correct number? Thanks!
