The requirement dates are not match with the vendors dates which there are given to us. The vendors end date is 12 March 2022.
Response Received:
Please provide a quote starting 12 March 2021 to 11 March 2022 as requested. I have contacted the OEM manufacturer and provided thema copy of my current legal signed contract with the dates that are required. Please submit as I have requested and it is what is requried, as I have a copy of the current contract and know what the dates are. Thank you.

We would like to suggest the buyer to consolidate current CLINs from 6 (six) lines to 2 (two) lines based on their previous contract with OEM. Line 0001 RebelCare Enterprise Subscription Renewal = Qty: 96 EA and RebelSuite Subscription Renewal = Qty: 96 EA.
Response Received:
we cannot do that. I already informed the OEM manufacturer. That is not the way we want the way I was told to do it. I need it broken out the way I have it requested for budgetary reasons.

Please inform the End User: their Six CLINs (61ea,61ea,25ea,25ea,10ea,10ea) did not match with the OEM's only two CLINs (96ea,96ea). Suggest End User to talk to the OEM to fix this miscommunication.

We broke this down due to the way we have to pay for it. We have different accounting methods we have to use.
