The manufacturer has stated that it does NOT have this much quantity in stock and will NOT be able to fill this kind of order request. It is on the verge of upgrading the item to a next generation version. Other distributers/re-sellers also do not have this quantity for sale. Would the Purchasing Officer withdraw the solicitation as present and wait until the next generation of this kit becomes available.
Response Received:
The Government will evaluate in accordance with the Solicitation requirements and Evaluation Criteria. In the Solicitation Purchase Description, it states: Meet or Exceed.
