1. Will there be additional assistants with cooking and serving other than the team that I bring with me? 2. Will there be passes available for my team to gain access on base? 3. Are there preferred vendors from which I am to order food/supplies or am I at liberty to use my suppliers? 6. Is any information required from my team members? 7. May we schedule a date and time for me to visit the area in which we will be set up?

1. Will there be additional assistants with cooking and serving other than the team that I bring with me? No, this requirement is for rations only and a Refrigerated Unit. Provide Rations, Deliver, Refer Unit 2. Will there be passes available for my team to gain access on base? Yes, you can coordinate unit after award. 3. Will the refrigeration unit that is listed in the description be provided by you? No, this is a request for the vendor to provide a refrigerated unit to maximize rations freshness. 4. What time will breakfast and dinner need to be ready to be served? There two preferred delivery dates. 5. Are there preferred vendors from which I am to order food/supplies or am I at liberty to use my suppliers? No 6. Is any information required from my team members? No, only delivery people requiring access. 7. May we schedule a date and time for me to visit the area in which we will be set up? Yes, following award you may schedule a recon.
