- Will we Provide quality assurance daily on site of “Antenna Foundation and Conduit Install” as detailed in the attached SOW for 90 days? from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm ?
2- Who will be responsible for sending a concrete sample to the lab ( Foundation )?
Response Received:
Answer to Question 1- The QA Team/Personnel shall be on-site to inspect each phase of the construction process to assure and verify that all work is being completed in accordance the Statement of Work. This schedule should be coordinate with FEMA's POC and the vendor performing the construction.
Answer to Question 2 - The QA Team will be responsible for ensure a concrete sample is sent to the lab.
