fOR THE INSIDE DELIVER DO THE CHAIRS GET DELIVERED TO THE 1ST FLOOR ? iS THERE A SECOND OR 3 RD FLOOR AND IF SO CAN WE USE THE ELEVATOR FOR DELIVERY AND REMOVAL OF THE CHAIRS. BRENNANS OFFICE INTERIORS USES A SUBCONTRACTOR FOR INSTALLATION AND CHAIR REMOVAL THE ARE IN NEW CASTLE DELAWARE AND I WOUL CONSIDER THEM LOCAL ENOUGH BUT FOR OUR SUBISSION WOULD YOU CONSIDER THEM LOCAL ?

So I believe the it will be 2nd or 3rd floor and they do have a freight elevator. Also, New Castle Delaware will be accepted.
