Myles Mobile Fixture cannot quote this because the manufacturer is still working on high resolution art work to put the logo on the test plates there to test. Plus the manufacturer that I am dealing with cannot get 3000 logo plates to Westpoint by May.

I wanted to inform you that we are finding it very hard to bid on this complex solicitation due to many prerequisites, one of the main ones being that the items have to be US made. There are NO US manufacturers who can fulfill this requirement or are not willing to provide us a quote. We currently have a manufacturer in China who can fulfill the order to meet the Government's needs and we can also supply 10-12 plates for testing within 2 weeks ARO. So to move forward we request the Government waive the BAA condition on this solicitation.

The buyer doesn’t give you enough time to get the information they need. It’s hard to get a sample in two weeks.

Can we get a picture of the back of one of the existing plates. This would show a model number and manufacturer of what was previous used on coloring of the plate. There are more than one style white. 2. what is the pentone color of grey used? 3. Is high resolution art work available for the logo?

I can send you the exact sample plate with logo's on them , But they will not have the logo you are requesting . Would that be acceptable?

I wanted to know if we can use manufacturers from Pakistan in fulfillment of this order.

On the RFQ for the plates could the customer take a picture of the back of the plates. This will show manufacturer and model they are currently using and will help all bidders. Also, on the samples that need to be sent for the test do the sample plates need to have the logo imprinted on them?

Does the plate need to be decorated ? In regards to the sample ?
