I have a few questions regarding this bid. My team walked this project last year but we cannot find our notes unfortunately. For the fire alarm – are they being test annually or semi-annually. For the FM200/CO2/kitchen hoss – Annually or semiannually. For the sprinklers – Tested annually or quarterly. For the backflows – How many are to be tested – No Quantities given. Also, there is no listing of the Fire Sprinkler types and quantity. Do you have previous inspection documents or do we need to do a quick site inspection? If we need to do a site inspection, please provide a point of contact.

Fire Alarm, FM200, and the sprinklers are to be tested as per state guide lines, there are nine backflows and the fire sprinkler there are two wet systems
