: Hello, I am not able to give to the shredding companies the address of the locations they have to pick up from because the address are not giving city or state. The bins will be located in different locations within the building. During the first visits we would have someone show you around.

Dear Sir/Mam, We are reviewing the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the shredding services requirement at USCG Base Cape Cod and would like to request clarification regarding the method of document destruction. The PWS states that all documents must be destroyed in accordance with NAID AAA standards, but it does not specify whether shredding is required to be performed on-site at the base or if secure off-site destruction is acceptable. Could you please confirm whether on-site shredding is mandatory, or if off-site shredding that meets NAID AAA and security requirements would be acceptable? We appreciate your time and look forward to your guidance so we can prepare an accurate response. It will need to be shredded on site.

For unclassified access spaces, will the contractor be escorted? What are file drawer size dimensions and how many, if applicable? No the contractor will not be escorted other than the initial visit so they can be familiar with the locations. We are looking for 19 each 64-gallon shredding bins and 6 32-gallon shredding bins or as close those gallons as possible.
