We are planning to submit a response to the RFQ 191NLE21Q0060, for the 170 laptops and other computer materials, made by US Department of State (INL) in Ecuador. It is a rather large shipment of laptops, which we can provide of equal or better specifications at a price that is fair to the USG. Our question is about shipping. Can we utilize USPS diplomatic mail to send in multiple parcels? Or a an actual diplomatic pouch? We could transport to a DPO sorting facility if that makes it easier. We have in the past and I am certain we can ship these laptops to Quito international airport via commercial air freight but with how many there are, to have 170 untampered and sealed laptops would be very difficult. Also, the solicitation does not state if a Windows Operating System is needed installed on each device. Thank you for any information.

we can’t use the DIP USPS for shipments. They will have to be Air Freight to Quito

IT problems will be reported to the IT section by the user who will determine probable cause of problem. If needed, problem will be discussed with provider to determine appropriate course of action.

Hello: Regarding your CLIN 3 UPS request - Can you confirm you desire 375W with an expected runtime of 30 mins. 1. If yes can the provided UPS be (2) units versus a single ( Base unit + extra runtime battery ) ? 2. If no and assuming you desire only a single unit can you revise the power draw (375W) and/or Runtime (30 Min )? 3. Is unit size of a concern ? To meet your original specification but keep with Office Theme as a single unit the size may be larger than expected.
