The Fitness "Room" is a stand-alone, grade-level building with 2 entrances, one of which has handicap ramp. The interior is not partitioned, but there is a single step up to the cardio area.

Items must be delivered directly to the Fitness Room, which does not have a loading dock, however, the RIANG will provide a forklift for items to be taken off the delivery truck. The RIANG will not place items in the room(s) - this is part of the requirement, i.e., "Delivery, setup, and installation" must be provided by the contractor.

1. Is TV viewing a definite requirement for the upright bikes and recumbent bikes? ANSWER: TV viewing is not a requirement for the upright and recumbent bikes as they are self-powered. 2.
