To finish this answer, the CAD document will be provided to the winning contractor due to the distribution restriction of our building floorplans only going to contractors of the government, not potential contractors. However, contractors are welcome to measure and otherwise verify existing NMCI and electric capabilities during the site visit. The requirements for each individual workarea are outlined in paragraph 4.4 although additional per table-related products are detailed in 4.6 (e.g. Privacy / Modesty Screen, wire management system, surge protector, desktop power box, adjustable tilt keyboard and mouse platform, and chairmat). 4.4 Freestanding Standard Workareas shall consist of Trendway Products, as specified or equivalent. All furniture shall be Trade Agreements Act compliant. Freestanding Height-Adjustable (HA) Table - 66-inch wide shall be electrically-operated Trendway HA Table (HA range from 21 – 47 inches), or equivalent, silver base, standard glides, programmable soft touch control pad, 1 ¼-inch thick High Pressure Laminate top in Wild Cherry with PVC banded edge in 29 ½-inches width and 66-inch length minimum, frosted Plexiglas Privacy / Modesty Screen to allow a 1 inch gap for power cords to pass (28-inch height min., approximately 12 inches less than worksurface), all required mounting hardware, wire management system, surge protector, desktop power box, adjustable tilt keyboard and mouse platform (must retract fully under the work surface for storage and shall pivot a full 360°) and one (1) ES Robbins ecoKleer clear rectangular 46 inch by 60 inch chairmat (carpet).
