The bid submittal only asks for 1 unit and 1 unit price. So for the 3400 Ton of different materials, am I supposed to submit a lump sum and with an optional attachment list each item and delivery cost? The excel attachment will also only allow one item to be entered. There are 4 different stone types to be delivered

I see where it says “Must be delivered May 1st”, I would assume this mean’s beginning delivery May 1st, in which case what is the exact time line for delivery? And am I able to send as many trucks or would you prefer me stick to a certain number so I don’t crowd the site. I know the armory is situated close to downtown so I just wanted to check on that.
Response Received:
Vendors can make multiple trips or send 15 trucks or however/whatever they need to have all gravel on 27 and 28 April and 1 May. This will actually be delivered to our training site on the hill. Not to the local armory.
