Can you please let me know the rack configuration? How many racks or cabinets will these be installed in? Also, would a Davis Bacon Wage requirement be in place?

All I know is that three of the UPS- the 5000 and two 4000s have 2 each battery cabinets. The 3500 has those battery modules. I really don't know if a wage requirement is in place.

Taking an initial look, the quantities requested on the spreadsheet are way over the total amount that go into the units. Any way to reply and ask if they’re wanting a ton of spares onsite?

If you know what it takes for each one of the units, then bid that. I don't know anything about UPSs.
