Response Received:
1. 65-75 cfm 2. 585 SGT Joe Nurre Wheeling, WV 26003 3. Maintenance shop operations i.e. air tools, lift devices, pressure testing 5000 gallon fuel tankers
Question Submitted:
Manufacture is providing two different size for the receiver tank, 1. 120 gallon 2. 240 gallon Can you please suggest which size looking for?
Response Received:
We currently have a 160 gallon tank. I'm not as familiar with the screw type compressors but from what I understand they do not require as much volume to store air in reserve. Can the vendor recommend a size based off what we currently have? If not I would think the 120 gallon tank would suffice, based off above.
Question Submitted:
Good Morning, I have a question, What voltage do you need for the RS15ie air compressor? 230V or 460V Also would you like this a base model or a tank mounted unit? Thanks You.
Response Received:
My shop supervisor told me 480V. The Ingersoll-Rand Model number is RS15ie with max pressure of 200 psi if that helps you narrow down the exact equipment. The picture on the company website shows a tank mounted unit.
Question Submitted:
Will filters be needed for the dryer? I was told that the dry can take two filters.
Response Received:
I do not think we will need a refrigerated air dryer filter system. We have a remote tank and dryer system already but it is older and we have issues finding parts for service and repair when needed. It may be beneficial to look into getting a complete system with tank and air dryer if feasible.

Question Submitted:
What voltage is needed? Is the compressor going to be tank mounted? Will dry air be needed?
Response Received:
The voltage our current compressor was using was 480V. We have an external air tank that it would feed into with a concrete pad next to the tank. Yes, we will need an air dryer since our current does not work properly because of its age and the inability to get parts.
