To underwrite this Canadian auto exposure insurance carriers will need to know the following information: 1) an estimated number of annual trips that these vehicles will cross the border into Canada from the 314 listed vehicles | 2) an excel listing of government vehicles that require insurance (year, make, model, VIN, and garage location) no insurance carrier will respond or offer an insurance quote without this information | 3) 5 years of currently valued loss runs (claim history from insurance carrier) from 7/26/19 thru 5/1/24. Insurance carriers are required to provide loss runs upon formal request of an insured (DHS/ICE) by their Broker of Record (Resurgens Risk Management). Some insurance carriers will accept a "No Known Loss Letter" from the named insured if a formal carrier loss run can't be provided.

We are unable to provide any pricing in your RFI request at this time without the following: Loss/Claims runs for at least the last 5 years Vehicle list or fleet description We do not require names of drivers or licenses however for competitive underwriting and a quotation we would at least need the loss runs from the insurance carrier and a vehicle list (most contain make/model and year) for the fleets we manage for federal agencies. Can you advise on timing for the actual RFP given the renewal date appears to be July 26?
