The description of the number of PSO's needed (99) for this project, does not match with the specifications inserted in the RFQ Armed Security Working attachment: Section number 10 "Hours and Operations and Labor hours", sub-section 10.1 which described as follow: 1. HOURS OF OPERATION AND LABOR-HOURS 1.1. The hours of operation shall be 6:00am to 6:00pm (Dayshift) and 6:00pm to 6:00am (Nightshift). The hours support 24/7 operations at each facility. The current hours of operation are 24/7 throughout DR-4671-PR locations. Schedules will vary per location. Each DR requires two 24/7 Post and one 12-hour Post during operational hours. The MCOV requires two 24/7-hour Post and 12 hour seven (7) days a week Post. The JFO requires two 24/7-hour Post and five (5) 12-hour Post seven (7) days a week. 2112 hours each day for DRC’s, 108 hours each day for the MCOV’s and 108 hours each day for JFO. We would appreciate prompt clarification on the matter, in order to submit the most accurate Price for this RFQ.

What is the page limitation for each past performance activity? Attachment 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire states, “If you need more space than that provided, attach additional pages.” Doing so would make the document a 3-page questionnaire. Page 12 of the solicitation provides a conflicting requirement. The solicitation states, “The Offeror must provide up to three (3) relevant past performance activities (maximum two (2) pages for each reference, six (6) total pages).”
