1. Yes, each desk ordered will require the removal of a preexisting desks/chairs. Old desks will need to be moved to a parking area outside of the building for BP staff to dispose of. Computer equipment and personal effects will be removed by local staff prior to contractor arrival. 2. There is a loading dock on the compound, but the bulk of the furniture will be installed in a building away from the loading area on the same compound. 3. No elevator is available, most items will be placed in single level office building. Two offices are located in modular building with 4 steps to door. 4. Installation can happen during normal business hours.

At this time, this is a GSA Schedule requirement and the buy is a "brand name or equal" so bidders can offer equivalent items that meet the minimum specifications in the SOW and the Government will evaluate.
