2.)10 Gbps
3.) Single Mode (SMF)
4.) LC Connector
5.) Compatible with Cisco - Cisco Catalyst 3850-12S-E and the media converters that part of this order

Do you request 60W power for POE application or you need the converter unit to be powered by 60W DC power?

Average SFP+ is about 1-1.5 watts, the SFP+ working for our switch Cisco Catalyst 3850-12S-E and the media converters that part of this order. The SFP+ should be:
1.)10GBASE-LR
2.)10 Gbps
3.) Single Mode (SMF)
4.) LC Connector
5.) Compatible with Cisco - Cisco Catalyst 3850-12S-E and the media converters that part of this order

CLIN 0002. Does it mean any brand SFP+ unit is qualified to bid - if it’s Cisco-compatible and TAA Compliant, and meets the specs? It does not have to be Cisco brand unit.

CLIN 0002 is not a CISCO brand name requirement. However, quoted items shall be Cisco-compatible, TAA Compliant (Documentation required), and meet all minimum specifications.
