Is the Government open to working with different linen companies who can service each of the locations?
Response Received:
The Government will make an award to the prime contractor that would manage the subcontactor(s). It is the preference of the Government that the prime contractor perform the work required by the Statement of Work with the minimal amount of subcontractors necessary.

Q2. I see there are multiple locations that need to be serviced...do you prefer the same company service all 5 locations or can there be different providers if the locations are not near one another?
Q3. Would you like multiple bids per location OR just one?
Response Received:
A1. The incumbent contractor is Unifirst Corp.
A2. There are 4 locations listed on the Statement of Work, please ensure that you understand the requirement. It is the preference of the Government that the minimal amount of subcontractors are utilized to complete the work.
A3. The quotes should be all inclusive for the entire requirement.

On the SOW it states this contract is base w/ 4yr option (5yrs), but it shows the end date 3/31/2025. Is it for 1 year or 5yrs?
Response Received:
The draft periods of performance have been revised. This is a One (1) year base period with four (4) one (1) year options periods for a total of 5 years.

Is there a specific color that you want the pants or jackets? I only noticed the color of the shirts were included.
Response Received:
The Jacket will be navy blue, and pants should be navy blue cargo pants and/or blue for the denim style pants.
