Solicitation 70FBR422Q00000018 indicates multiple DRC locations are TBD. In the past, the DRC was located in Frankfort, KY only. I am trying to determine whether FEMA will in fact have multiple locations throughout Kentucky whereby utilizing multiple law enforcement agencies.

You're referencing our JFO (Joint Field Office) and not the DRC's (Disaster Relief Centers). We always have multiple DRC's, when multiple counties have been declared.
